This project focuses on the construction of Residences R10 on Plot No. R-10 in the Erkyah District of Doha, Qatar. The 11-story tower will feature a collection of 149 one- and two-bedroom apartments, each thoughtfully designed with a corridor, laundry area, and a balcony offering city views. Residents will enjoy a range of amenities on the ground floor, including a spacious lobby, temperature-controlled swimming pools for adults and children, as well as a fully-equipped gym and fitness rooms. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated by May 2018.

This project involves constructing a 9-story mixed-use building with 2 basement levels and a ground floor in Al Erkyah City, Qatar. Each unit is designed with a corridor, laundry area, and balcony offering city views. The ground floor offers an array of amenities, including a spacious lobby, cozy cafes, popular coffee shops, renowned gourmet restaurants, and tranquil pool areas for adults and children. Residents can also enjoy a fully-equipped gym and fitness rooms, with temperature-controlled pools for comfort year-round. Completion of the project is anticipated in 2022.
